Match Observations:
During the course of the card, WWF President Jack Tunney announced the returnmatches for the next month: Chris Benoît will face Razor Ramon in a battle to
determine the number-one contender for Shawn Michaels' IC title, the Rock'n'Roll
Express will defend against the Fabulous Freebirds, and the top contenders for
the WWF Tag Team Titles will be decided in an Iron-Man-Match between Big Titan
and Adam Bomb and Jim Cornette's Midnight Express.
The unknown spectator who came out of the crowd and interfered in the Lex Luger
vs Barry Windham match turned out to be none other than Stan Hansen. Why did he
attack Luger, and most of all, what the hell did he think he was doing ?
Vader and Bret Hart will return the next month with a no-DQ match. Its winner
will face the WWF champion at the Survivor Series.
We just learned that Lex Luger suffered a herniated disc in his neck and won't
be back in the ring until WrestleMania at the earliest.
