Match Observations:
The direction for WrestleMania was finalized tonight. Shawn Michaels, through
his quick and entirely convincing victory over Hollywood Hogan, will get the
very first shot at Arn Anderson's WWF Title.
Vader and Bret Hart will face one another in a Rocky Mountain Death Match, a
match where the combatants are tied to one another with a chain and the only way
to win is to knock out the opponent.
Cactus Jack and Sabu will defend their WWF World Tag Team Titles against Hiroshi
Hase and Kensuke Sasaki who came off an impressive victory over the returning
Head Hunters.
The Great Muta will face Owen Hart, returning from his injury.
In the semi-main event, Ric Flair, Diamond Dallas Page and the Undertaker of
the Horsemen will face Steve Austin, Brian Pillman and the man responsible for
costing the Horsemen the WWF Tag Titles, former Horseman Chris Benoit.
It is known that Sting and the new team of Rick Steiner and Steve Williams will
definitely also wrestle at WrestleMania, however their opponents are TBA.
