Notepad not appearing after each match

Not sure if I haven't marked something or what, but the notepad does not come up for me after every match as advertised. I just get the notepad at the end. Please help!

It's also advertised that you need TweakCirc SE to activate many of the new options :)

You'll find it in the "Comments" section, an option called "Enter Comments After Every Match".
