Small ordering question.

Is there absolutely no way to order TNM7 SE by snail mail order, i.e. with a money order or personal check?

If we want to pay by check, do we pay the amount with or without taxes.

Well, it wouldn't hurt to add a short note what it is that you'd like to order but I'd be able to figure it out :-)

All I really need to know (but that goes without saying) is your name and e-mail address.
