Is there a limit for the amount of titles?
ingusjynx | Posted on 03/01/03 at 17:12:33 I know this is a silly question. But, does anyone know? I know that only the first 15 or so (depending on length of title names) titles will show up in the "champions menu." And I also know that the "title histories" menu won't work if you have more than 10 or so (depending on length of title names) titles. But, I don't know if any problem will occur when there are more than x titles in a TNM circuit. |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 03/02/03 at 10:19:29 No limits of such sort exist. I'll think of something to allow more than (for instance) 10 titles to show up on the menu - it's a spacing issue. |
91 | Posted on 03/05/03 at 00:14:40 Unless you're planning on having two other feds "invade" and you want all their titles, why would you want so many in the first place? |
psz | Posted on 03/05/03 at 15:11:55 NWA World Title NWA United States Title NWA South Western Title NWA North Eastern Title NWA South Eastern Title NWA North Western Title NWA North American Title NWA European Title NWA Asian Title NWA Australian Title NWA Northern Title NWA Southern Title NWA Western Title NWA Eastern Title All the individual state titles All the above for tag teams All the above for women. There are quite a few reasons for wanting a LOT of titles OTHER than Fed Invasion :-> |
91 | Posted on 03/05/03 at 15:54:16 That's true. On the other hand, under those circumstances, you'd have to wonder what's the limit on the number of wrestlers you can have in your database because you'd need a LOT to do the entire NWA. |
psz | Posted on 03/06/03 at 13:52:32 E-Mail mode, baybee! ;-> I SERIOUSLY doubt you could hire enough for all of that :-> This is, BTW, why I alsways wanted a SubFed option ;-> |
dolawhite | Posted on 05/16/03 at 06:50:49 I made a NWA circuit with about 20 different NWA promotions, which equaled out to a lot of belts. It took about 20 minutes just to make all the belts then when I was finished an error came up and I couldnt even play. kinda sucked |
HugeRockStar760 | Posted on 05/16/03 at 20:56:42 Shouldn't you create different promotions instead of making one NWA with like 20 titles? Most of those titles were regional. |
psz | Posted on 05/16/03 at 21:14:05 Ahh, but if your world title is based on overall win-loss records, having to MANUALLY keep track of ALL of the ratings for ALL of the seperate feds. Also, if you want inter-subfed matches, it could get.... Messy if titles are on the line. What happens if the NWA World TV champ takes on the NWA North Eastern Champ, but the NWA World Champ takes on the NWA South Western TV champ? Plus, in each region, you may have state-titles. (South could have Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, etc) |
JoeRockEHF | Posted on 06/27/03 at 23:01:01 I was wondering how some of you run current WWE Circuits with the roster split. I have more wrestlers in my fed then current WWE. I have 52 in Raw and Smackdown. I also have my own belts for each: World, US, TV, Tag, etc. I wouldn't have a problem normaly if I just run them as two different circuits but I know at some PPVs like Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania they have matches from both brands. How can I go about doing that without putting both in the same circuit which would then give me 12 titles and not being able to view two of the histories. Thanks. |
Oliver Copp | Posted on 06/28/03 at 00:16:56 I'd go and create the circuit, then create all the titles you need. Then check the title history menu. If you *don't* get all the titles there, please let me know. I'd be surprised. |
JoeRockEHF | Posted on 06/28/03 at 13:37:00 Yeah everything works great Oliver. I had read the thread before I tried. Thanks! |
