Diagnostics utility/corrupt database help

Fighter_HayabusaPosted on 03/13/03 at 15:55:43

I ran the diagnostics utility 1.6 and it returned the error that my Managers Database is corrupt (my own fault, really).  Anyway, it doesn't try to repair it, which I thought it was suppoesed to.  Anybody know what I can do here?  I already redownloaded TNM (trial) and copied/pasted the managers.dat and managers.idx into my DATA folder, but that didn't help.

Any suggestions outside of a full reinstall?   :'(

Thanks

Replacing files on your own - not a good idea ;-)

Your only chance is to ZIP up the TNM 7 folder and mail it to copp@tnm7.com.

Thanks for the offer, Oliver, but I just deleted and reinstalled.  I really needed to clean up and edit the moves database anyway.  I concur: replacing files on my own is not a goot idea.  And I work in IT!!!!  :-/

Oh, I know the feeling... "Nah, I can pull that off, I work in IT" usually also is the thing that comes to mind on this end. And yes, usually Murphy's Law does strike ;-9
