Just wanted to let everyone know..

.. that I think this game is ingenius and love it and continue to love it.. however times they are a-changing and a lot of people have been complaining about it's compatability with vista 64 bit system and windows 7. I'm sure it would be a huge overhaul to make the game compatible with these systems but with time and effort I believe great reward would come from updating tnm7.

There have been other similar style wrestling simulation games that I've bought (which I will not mention due to the fact that this is a tnm7 board and don't want to name non-affiliated websites) which run under all systems without a problem but tnm7 by far is the best in my opinion.

.. you could also work on people's wish lists and add that to a new addition to tnm7 but I know Oliver Copp is a busy man and this would take a mighty lot of time and effort. So I can only hope for new improvements to the game, if this game will ever be revamped.

I have Vista 64 and TNM works. How? I downloaded VirtualBox and installed Windows XP in it. I got XP from eBay for a decent price.

Doesn't windows 7 have built-in XP emulation of some sort?

Certain versions have a DL for running a VM with a pre-configued Windows XP 32-bit.

Once you "install" an application in the VM, it will appear in the normal Win7 Start Button, and when you run the app from there, it opens in a normal window. It's still running in the VM, which means it's slower.

It depends what processor your computer has. My computer's processor is not compatible for XP emulation. So I had to go the harder route and use VirtualBox.
