Re: MatchMaker '09
JustinPossible | Posted on 01/20/09 at 19:58:46 sounds good... i'll be glad to try it out someday |
King Munshun | Posted on 01/20/09 at 20:04:42 This sounds like something i'd actually use. Can't wait to see it. |
Unright | Posted on 01/21/09 at 03:42:33 Yes! Excellent Socko, looking forward to it. Do you know if you'll be able to fix the "too many tag rankings" crash/error? |
The TNM Members Champ | Posted on 01/21/09 at 04:02:25 While you're at it, Socko, care to make TNM Vista 64 compatable? And yes, I know there's DosBox but none of my plugins I purchased when I had XP work anymore. :-( |
psz | Posted on 01/21/09 at 14:30:28 Uh, Socko? That's not a Vista issue, it's a 64bit issue. XP 64 has the same problems. (None of MS' 64bit OS' support 16bit apps, which all of the TNM DOS and most Windows plugins are) TNM is at least partally 16bit, so it won't run on a 64bit Windows (NT, XP, Vista, Windows 7, etc) If you're running the 32bit versions of the aforementioned Windows, TNM and the plugins run fine. |
Unright | Posted on 01/21/09 at 14:47:19 Cool, thanks. You could institute a "JimiC feature" and have the matchmaker randomly recomend types of matches (Hardcore, Cage, I Quit, No DQ, FCA, 2/3 Falls, etc.) |
Rick Garrard | Posted on 01/21/09 at 16:07:26 FWIW, Guitar Hero for the PC doesn't like the 64bit OS versions either. |

And you have to add all the songs to the database for it... so it's like FireFox with all its "add-ins". :) Like the ease of use on the game though. |

Zedja | Posted on 01/22/09 at 14:58:28 Unfortunally since it doesn't support my roster of 160 (5 brands soon turned into 10 subbrands) wrestlers I might not be able to use it. Otherwise it sounds interesting. |
Zedja | Posted on 01/22/09 at 16:43:58 I have to keep them all in the same circuit since I want interbrand PPVs and at one of the PPVs there is a Battle of the brands. As soon as I finish the first year there will be just 32 wrestlers on each brand/subbrand |
Hey Boner | Posted on 01/26/09 at 01:23:31 running Vista, when trying to open application, I get an error that application can not run full screen and asks me to cancel out. thanks |
Hey Boner | Posted on 01/26/09 at 01:36:06 trying it now |
