sounds good... i'll be glad to try it out someday

This sounds like something i'd actually use. Can't wait to see it.

Yes! Excellent Socko, looking forward to it.

Do you know if you'll be able to fix the "too many tag rankings" crash/error?

While you're at it, Socko, care to make TNM Vista 64 compatable? And yes, I know there's DosBox but none of my plugins I purchased when I had XP work anymore. :-(
pszPosted on 01/21/09 at 14:30:28

Uh, Socko? That's not a Vista issue, it's a 64bit issue.

XP 64 has the same problems. (None of MS' 64bit OS' support 16bit apps, which all of the TNM DOS and most Windows plugins are)

TNM is at least partally 16bit, so it won't run on a 64bit Windows (NT, XP, Vista, Windows 7, etc)

If you're running the 32bit versions of the aforementioned Windows, TNM and the plugins run fine.

Cool, thanks.

You could institute a "JimiC feature" and have the matchmaker randomly recomend types of matches (Hardcore, Cage, I Quit, No DQ, FCA, 2/3 Falls, etc.)

FWIW, Guitar Hero for the PC doesn't like the 64bit OS versions either.

Unfortunately, I forgot about TNM when purchasing my new laptop. Never again I tell you. :-)

Frets On Fire is a much better program anyway imho .. not to mention it's free. ;)
I have it too.  :)  Worst thing, is only the older "buggy" version works on my current PC.  And you have to add all the songs to the database for it... so it's like FireFox with all its "add-ins".  :)  Like the ease of use on the game though.

What about stables? If I have a 3 person stable, should I just create 3 tag teams?

Shane Helms/Shannon Moore
Evan Karagias/Shannon Moore
Shane Helms/Evan Karagias

If the program picks Shane Helms for a tag match, will it then randomly select between Evan Karagias & Shannon Moore?
ZedjaPosted on 01/22/09 at 14:58:28

Unfortunally since it doesn't support my roster of 160 (5 brands soon turned into 10 subbrands) wrestlers I might not be able to use it.

Otherwise it sounds interesting.
ZedjaPosted on 01/22/09 at 16:43:58

I have to keep them all in the same circuit since I want interbrand PPVs and at one of the PPVs there is a Battle of the brands.

As soon as I finish the first year there will be just 32 wrestlers on each brand/subbrand
