Card Information Plugin?

There used to be a free plugin that you could use on your card that would allow you to input the date of the card, and I believe the arena/location... There could have been more to this plugin but those were the primary features. Does anybody remember what it was called and where I can find this plugin, will it work with TNM7SE because I think it was a first edition plugin...

I know it still exists out there, but that plugin was tempermental, rarely worked, and is now quite outdated.  I want to say it might be up on tnmuk.com, but don't quote me there.
