What does Strict Push Mean?

What does the option Strict push mean? Does that mean there would be less upsets in unbooked matches or what?

That's pretty much the gist of it.

Pretty much. It lessens the chances of upset wins (you may still have the occasional upset, but just not as many)

This really only applies to simmed circuits (un-booked) though
