Is there any way to download all the individual wrestlers into TNM without having to do it one by one?

At the top of that page you'll find the Export File Packs, which should contain most of the wrestlers listed in the Individual section.

the All Wrestlers file doesn't work and the rosters don't have the older wrestlers.

the allwrest file is not suggested unless you know what you are doing.  Too many people install EVERY wrestler in the file and thusly break their TNM which has a limit on the number of wrestlers you can install usually in the 700+ range.
