Anyone remember TNM-UV?

mamushiPosted on 10/14/07 at 23:03:44

I forgot all about it and stumbled across the .ZIP for the beta on my computer earlier.

Old school.

WHAT IS THIS TNM-UV YOU SPEAK OF?

Explain!
mamushiPosted on 10/14/07 at 23:16:20

it was supposed to end up being a plug out that formed into a self run universe.  Kind of like how TEW has computer run federations going simultaneously.

It was a Troy Perry plugin. The plugin is complete but he seems hesitant to release it due to not having a user guide with it.

That sounds awesome.

Release it and SOMEONE will write a guide for it. ;D

Troy won't release it for some reason. As if any one reads user guides anyways. TNM could use another plugin yet he won't release it.

Maybe mamushi could release it and give credit to Troy Perry.

There's only one thing Mamushi wants to release and it isn't a plugin (though I hear he will want to give credit to Troy Perry). :P

OK, I'm done not being constructive now.

I went back and looked real quick and found the .zip link in the original thread...

http://www.tnm7.de/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=2;action=display;num=1097262469;start=30

Unfortunately the link doesn't work anymore so I'll upload my .zip somewhere and post the link in a little bit.

I also may at some point take the updated rosters from WWE, TNA, etc. and update them for TNM-UV if everyone would want an updated database for it.

Thanks man sounds good

The same TNM-UV .zip file Troy had up way back when.  Remember, this is a beta and being as such Troy made it stand alone.  It won't plug into your TNM.  You could still use it as something of a compliment to your TNM or just fiddle about with it on it's own.

Again, if anyone wants an updated roster for it, I was thinking about doing the work to make one (Current wrestlers with properly adjusted pushes and such)

Hopefully someday Troy will come back and release the final version that actually plugs into TNM for us.

Downloaded but not messed with yet. Will report when I do.

I CAN SEE WHY THIS PROGRAM NEEDS A USER GUIDE.
The TNM Members ChampPosted on 10/27/07 at 19:45:00

It's not the finished program, it's only the beta. I think the finished version is more polished.
