OK, well WWE has Joey Styles, TNA has A.J. Styles, and a quick search on OWoW brings up Marco Styles, Jason Styles, EZ Styles, Chris Styles, Mike Styles and Carl Styles in various independent promotions. Hope that helps.

Okay, lets see what I can do.

Old School
-clear face/heel distinctions
-limited use of gimmick matches, special matches, and hardcore stuff
-lack of "edgy" angles or gimmicks (ex: D-X, nWo, Austin 3:16, Katie Vick, WWE divas)
-fewer title changes
-more use of jobbers
-more of a focus toward supercards & PPVs, with big matches not "given away" on regular TV
-more of a focus on traditional wrestling styles, with little or no flyers or shooters

Hardcore
-most/all matches are no DQ & no countout
-alot of brawling & brawlers
-lots of weapons (TNM = Hardcore Mode ON)
-less mainstream & more cult-following-ish.  edgier and wackier angles and wrestlers, often even moreso than Sports Entertainment
-often less talented wrestlers overall due to the focus being on brawling and weapons

Sports Entertainment
-"edgy" characters, gimmicks, and angles
-less defined faces & heels.  cool heels often found here.
-more T&A
-shorter matches on TV, often just a few minutes long
-PPVs still important, but some PPV-level matchups "given away" & gimmick/special matches on regular TV
-often more screwjob endings (mostly DQs via run in)
-more interviews on TV & in-ring (rather than backstage vignettes)

Crash TV
-like Sports Entertainment, but more fast-paced
-more stuff done for shock value
-less value placed on titles
-more face/heel turns, often with less sense/logic
-basicly, Vince Russo booking

Ring of Honor (ROH)
-focus on in-ring product and quality of matches
-smaller wrestlers; most guys are cruisweights
-"Code of Honor" or similiar; fewer run-ins and few gimmick matches

Indy
-a few big names (usually past their prime) & lots of nobodys
-low budget
-small crowds
-guys are often cruiserweights but more spotty than normal due to inexperiance or lack of skill
-fewer guys with mic skills

Lucha Libre (Mexico)
-majority of wrestlers are masked
-face/heel (tecinos/rudos) distinction very big
-minis (midgets) taken more seriously than in the US, but still comedy-oriented
-more stereotyped gimmicks & more comedy wrestling/wrestlers
-matches are nearly always 2/3
-mostly tag matches, especially 3-on-3
-most wrestlers are smaller and more aerobatic
-more dives
-more focus on family, being related to other wrestlers in the past a bigger deal than in the US

Puro/Puroresu (Japan)
-crowd will applaud anyone for wrestling well (Heels Booed = OFF) and boo anyone who cheats
-face/heel distinction not as important; partners will wrestle against each other and face-vs-face and heel-vs-heel matches not rare especially in tournaments
-very few ref bumps, run-ins, screwjob endings, etc
-more of a focus on match quality
-more shoot-style wrestlers and matches than in the US
-treated as a legitiment sport

Hardcore/Garbage Puro (Japan)
-VERY senstationalized gimmick matches: exploding objects, flaming objects, etc

I'm sure others can add to this...
