Stiff workers...?
Russell | Posted on 08/04/06 at 19:52:45 Is this factored in any way into any newer builds of TNM? Injury wise or what not? What I mean is... Stan Hansen, Vader, Steve Williams, Misawa... Do you have a greater chance of being injured in a match against any of them because of their stiff styles? Typical punches from Vader should do more damage as he really IS usually punching people in the face, as Mick Foley's first book told us so much about. ;D |
americamamushi | Posted on 08/04/06 at 19:56:16 Nope, no flag or value for worker stiffness |
HugeRockStar760 | Posted on 08/04/06 at 20:21:50 I would think the brawling style value would take into account that the worker is somewhat stiff. But maybe not. |

But maybe not.No, styles are deciding what moves a wrestler can use to counter other moves with and might also tie in with how much a crowd likes a wrestler for a particular show depending on what kind of crowd they have, though I dunno about that last part, just a thought. Besides not all stiff workers are brawlers and not all brawlers are stiff. |
HugeRockStar760 | Posted on 08/04/06 at 22:51:00 Some of them have stiff personalities too. |
Rick Garrard | Posted on 08/05/06 at 08:13:54 and some of them work stiff like Full Blooded Italian member JT Smith. ;) |
rey619 | Posted on 08/07/06 at 12:31:05 More often than not, wrestlers are injured due to their own sloppiness. Stiff wrestlers simply rough you up a bit, but it's not usually enough to keep you away from the ring. Exception being Low-Ki cold-cocking Dan Maff, of course. |
