It depends on how you're working with things.  Are you going with their skill levels in their prime or as of 1999?

75 should be good for average to slightly below average matches.  If booked right, they can still pull out *** pretty consistently.  Things were redone awhile ago so that 75 and below wasn't always so atrocious.

I don't know much about Fujinama truth be told, but 75 is good for Big Show.  I'd maybe bump Adams a bit, but he was older at this point so 75 isn't awful.  And I personally always found Watts to be atrocious, so 75 is good for him, I'd think.

Fujinami at 100 seems a bit generous from what I've seen, which I confess also isn't much. 95 might be fairer since that implies someone who could get ***** IF working with the right person, rather than someone who could pull someone else up to a match of the same quality.

Which sounds about right.

I think about an 85 for 1999 Fujinami would be good. His style had staled by that point, and although he still wrestled the same as he always had, everyone had come to expect the same things out of a Fujinami match. I don't think that he should be pulling out even 4 star matches regularly at this point in his career, as while his matches where more than solid, they where less than great.

Anubis, the reason your 75 Workrate wrestlers aren't putting on better than 1 star matches is because you just started the circuit and nobody is over yet.

Once they get some heat behind them and the crowd starts getting into them, they'll start to consistently deliver in the ** to low *** range.  Until then, they're just unspectacular hosses taking up space in the ring.

Honestly, I'd put Chono higher than Fujinami. Like I said in the comments to one of your recent shows, Chono is and has been one of the biggest names and hardest workers in Puroresu, and is arguably the biggest name currently active.

Fujinami while definatly a legend hasn't had the staying power that one would associate with legends. It's not that he's loosing any of his ability really, it's just that he hasn't updated his style at all, at least in my opinion.

It's too early on in your promotion to run a match like WarGames. How big is your promotion? If it's ROH size, I doubt a promotion would run a WarGames. I think MLW did, but that wasn't at the beginning of the promotion either.
