If the program only allows singles matches then thats all you get.  Only way you could get Tag Team Scaffold matches is to use the good in theory/glitchy in practice FCA Cubed and write your own.  Or you could always just run a normal tag match and SAY it's a scafford match and write it up as such if you're going that route as far as card presentation goes.
