MONEY

ianclarkPosted on 01/04/06 at 23:16:02

I'm sure plenty of people are going to call me all sorts of names (from incredibly nieve to a nasty mercenary), but I have a couple of questions.

Does anyone make any money out of all this?

If so, how?

And how do I get a "piece of the action".

I understand I'm opening myself up for tons of criticism but at the end of the day, money makes the world go round and if I can make some cash out of doing something I enjoy, then why not?

Otherwise, I'll just carry on doing circuits for the pure enjoyment!

Oliver tends to make a few bucks from those that buy the program and various plug-ins...

The only way a third party could make money off the TNM community would be to release quality plug-ins as well.

I seriously doubt anyone would pay money to read someone else's circuit.

Even if you could get someone to pay to read your circuit you'd have to use fake wrestlers.  You'd probably be pretty hard up to sell plug-ins as well unless they are "Oliver Quality."  If you have a background in programming and stuff I imagine you'd be fine, but you might have a hard time of it if you're just a hobbyist.  Even then I dunno if there would be any sort of problem with using TNM7's actual output of text.

You could always make a website for your circuit and then put up ad banners or something I guess.

Nah, its cool, I was just curious.

I really enjoy creating circuits so I'm gonna stick to that (and try to avoid any more daft questions - no guarantees though!)
