A Couple Of Questions

doors11Posted on 12/04/05 at 02:13:20

Is there a way to make it so when a uses his finisher he pins the guy, Or to only use his finisher when he is going to pin the guy..When a guy uses it 5 and 6 times in match , before pining the other guy, knd of makes the finisher almost funny..

With the latest build do you still have to unlock the easter eggs for them to be in the game?

When seting the numbers in the advance options  , is it the higher the number the more it happens or the lower the number..(Interference seed, ref bump seed,Hit factor, Etc)

How do you have a champion for another Circuit  fight for the title from another circuit..I'm trying to have it like the old days when NWA had a world champion(AKA RIC FLAIR)
come a fight a guy from a smaller NWA circuit(Aka Johathon Boyd from the NWA Pacific Northwest) for the Heavyweight title.

Thanks for any help

1) No

2) No, I believe the latest build has them all unlocked

3) Click on the question mark up in the corner, then on the field you're wondering about.  Usually the higher the number the LESS likely it is to happen (25 will happen TWICE as often as 50, 100 is HALF as likely to happen than 50) though I think there may be one or two that are the other way around.

4) You can't.  Either run you're entire NWA (or whatever) universe out of one circuit, just keep track of the big traveling title outside of TNM (On paper or on a Wordpad/Notepad file) or create the title in every circuit, then manually change it in the circuit where it isn't contested.  That'll mess up your title history though.  You also could have a separate circuit entirely just specifically for title matches.  The problem with multiple intertwined circuits is that you may have to edit heat ratings for guys that switch from one circuit to another (unless they are completely unknown where they are going, which wouldn't be the case for a traveling champion like in the old NWA days)

Do what i did for my NWA circuit, I used the Weight class wizard to split my whole circuit into seperate brands
I have the main NWA circuit then i have under seperate
brands
CWF
Mid-atlantic
Mid-south
World class
Georgia championship wrestling.
using the Weight class Wizard i then have my main world champion travel around to each brand and defend his title.
doing this keeps trqack of all my title holders as well as the traveling champion..

1) No
Actually, you can--if a wrestler's finisher is 'similar to' a move that has automatic pinfall checked, he will go for a pin.

If the move doesn't have it checked, you could always create a clone of the move and check it just for that wrestler.

I took his question as wondering if there was anyway to make it so that when he hit his finisher, the match ended, so that finishers aren't hit several times throughout his match.

In that case, the answer is still "yes", but you have to use TweakCirc to do it -- simply set "Force Finisher as Finish" to 100% for your circuit.

No, because there is still the possibility that the workers will attempt and hit their finishers in the match.  Force finish just makes it so that the match ends with a finisher, not that no one will hit their finisher leading up to the end.

Ah, I see. Well, then, there are three other options:

1) If you don't care what happens as you're watching, you can always edit the text of the match afterwards to eliminate the multiple finishers;

2) Book the match entirely yourself. Time-consuming, and perhaps not what you'd want, but it would solve the problem;

3) If finishers get hit too many times within a match for your liking, restart the match and let it run again.

Unfortunately, I'd guess that there really is no good way to account for only allowing there to be one finisher hit during a match without some major reprogramming.
