A little question about the game

KaitoPosted on 10/22/05 at 18:53:23

I need some help from the users who play often TNM7.

Which Wrestler from :

WWE  & OVW
NWA-TNA
RoH
WCW
ECW & XPW/CZW

are very very good?
rey619Posted on 10/22/05 at 19:21:13

By good, do you mean a worker which can bring out 4 or 5 stars matches?

From WWE, I'd recommend HBK, Angle, Benoit, Guerrero and Rey.

From RoH, Aries, Danielson, Cabana, Whitmer, Jimmy Jacobs, Homicide..

from TNA, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, and maybe Abyss if you want a big man that can work. I've also had Sonny Siaki and Rhino fight a 4-star match early in a circuit, but I dunno who carried who though..
KaitoPosted on 10/22/05 at 19:46:29

I mean worker who win often. People like äh... Triple H or better.
americamamushiPosted on 10/22/05 at 21:37:26

Wrestlers with a high push will win more...

... of course you can change anyone's push so anyone you want to win you can help make them win more...

... not to mention you can just pick who wins. :)
KaitoPosted on 10/22/05 at 21:53:46

I had seen the atributes but.. in the game who played, one simulate the fights with TNM7, Triple H won again and again, but Kurt ANgle had better atributes...

cheat the simulator from the game or what? No one can win against HHH :/

Triple H always wins in your TNM? Proof positive it's the most realistic simulator on the market.
PulsarPosted on 10/22/05 at 23:28:13

The Undertaker, Low-ki and Vader always seem to do well. Raven's not too low either
KaitoPosted on 10/23/05 at 00:17:12

The atributes are a winning factor, or?

americamamushi said "push", is that all?
is a little bit rondom in that game?
americamamushiPosted on 10/23/05 at 04:03:53

Besides push, sometimes a wrestler's move set will determine if they win a lot.  If two wrestlers have a push of 100 but one wrestler has a move set with high damage moves and the other has a move set of low damage moves then I believe that the wrestler with high damage moves may win more.

It'd be a good thing for Oliver to answer next time he's on.

There's definately some randomness going on. A worker with a high push & high stamina along with a moveset that includes many high damage moves will be more likely to win.

However many things can happen in a wrestling ring, so the best man doesn't necessarily win.
rey619Posted on 10/23/05 at 08:59:26

Samoa Joe's moveset is quite damaging, so he often ends up winning most of his matches even though his push is significantly lower than his opponent.

I have been a strong advocate that push should be the only factor to who wins, but we'll see what happens  ;D

Wrestlers who more often than not end up losing is among others Bret Hart and Ric Flair.
Oliver CoppPosted on 10/23/05 at 14:06:01

That gives me an idea... what if I made a "damage-push-correction-factor" which would make the damage even weaker movesets do relative to the push of the person doing them?

Bret and Flair are victims of toothless movesets, while Samoa Joe is a killer in that regard.

BTW Kaito - there are many, many factors that go into how a match ends. Is it purely random? No, absolutely not... because while the entire match flow does have random elements, what happens is more a product of the wrestlers in the match and their relative status in your circuit.

Thx, now back to the list. Can anyone fill out this with 2-3 wrestler with good atributes and moves to win?

That would be awesome!

I had Rey Mysterio beat both Triple H, The Rock, and Kurt Angle in a 3-on-1 handicap match.

Ray Ray busted Triple H's face wide open by slamming his face on the ringsteps a zillion times
rey619Posted on 11/16/05 at 10:12:00

I had Stone Cold defeat Evolution (Trips, Flair and Orton).. but this is way beyond that.. normally Rey is quite the pushover.
lambtasticPosted on 11/16/05 at 20:14:32

I had one circuit a while back where Triple H simply never lost. He held on to the intercontinental title for at least 35 cards. No cheating or DQ's either, always ended in the Pedigree. Even when messing with his push he still won. Once again, just like real life I suppose.
rey619Posted on 11/17/05 at 11:21:09

Although nobody is messing with his push in real life  ;D
