Someone please explain the BUSY box when I try to use a mystery wrestler.  If it's checked, that means no one already booked will be used?

I believe you hit the nail on the head Zack.  Also I think the program will refrain from picking a mystery wrestler over again, but it might do that anyway.

Busy does mean that nobody already wrestling on the card will be used.

Build 4 also enforces that nobody already in a mystery match on a card will be put in another mystery match on the same card.
