Use of ladder as a weapon in ladder matches?

From what I can see at the moment, when you select a ladder match in TNM 7, the only spots the ladder is used for is as a climbing device or for moves off the ladder. Would it be possible to include spots such as using the ladder to hit a wrestler with or other such ladder attacks, etc?

From my understanding, this can most easily be done by constructing a Gimmick Match with a ladder as the foreign object, then choose to make it a Ladder Match when booking it.
