I remember playing tnm awhile back and you had to choose who you wanted to put in. like luchadores women etc. but i play it now and it never comes up why isnt it coming up?

Cause before TNM had wrestlers built into it's database.  Now you're database starts blank and you download who you want.  Why this is I don't know (or can't remember anyway)

It seems like it has something to do with copyright laws.

Yeah, Oliver can't make money on their copyrighted names. He can, however, put exports out for free.
