Booking rumble/battle royal eliminations

For some reason, this feature (rumble/battle royal elimination) exists under "gimmick" once I try to book a regular bout. but I can't see it once I'm creating a battle royal or a royal rumble.

What can be done about it?

It was available for the first few builds of First Edition, but eventually got removed as it didn't always work right. He replaced it with being able to select who can win the rumble. There is no way to book specific eliminations as it is.
