Arena Update file...

I was bored so I updated the arena list in the arena plug-in.  I added some new arenas from Canada and the US and updated the names of a few arenas from the original list.  May have missed some.  Anyway, enjoy.

you could also just cut and paste the link into your address bar and it'll work fine
