slade | Posted on 07/06/07 at 15:11:14 does the demo work with Visualizer Image Wizard demo? i can;t get it to work, was trying all this out before i bought. thx |
Jake | Posted on 07/06/07 at 16:54:10 You did unzip the VIW plugin into the NEWPLUGS folder, didn't you? From there, just fire up TNM7 (tnm.bat) and it will ask you about installing new plugins. After that, on the main menu, press P ('P'lugin) then R ('R'un Plugin) and select the VIW. |
slade | Posted on 07/07/07 at 18:12:48 ok i did as you said and it seemed to work, however when i go to circuit menu and look at plugin's it's not there but shows it there on main menu |
Jake | Posted on 07/07/07 at 18:16:16 (To the best of my recollection) It only works from the main menu. |
slade | Posted on 07/07/07 at 18:51:13 ok i feel stupid but to make sure i'm doing this right , how do you bring up the VIM cause when i hit run it blinks and nothing happens...thx for your help |
Jake | Posted on 07/07/07 at 19:08:01 Well, I actually don't use that plugin so I'm afraid I can't help you there. However, if you really want to use the Visualizer feature, go to your TNM7 install folder and go into the MEDIA folder. Place any images you want to use in there (I *think* they have to be JPEGs, but I'm not 100% sure). Open up the INDEX.DAT file with Notepad. You need to type the name of the wrestler/belt/manager *AS IT APPEARS IN YOUR CIRCUIT* (*NOT* including their nicknames) then below that type the name of the picture file. It's been my experience that Championships should go above everything else, or occasionally they won't appear in the Visualizer. Oh, and make sure you have Visualizer turned on (Main Menu - "O"ptions - "V"isualizer). *Note: I capitalize the names of the photos for my own benefit.* |
