wrestler heat scale?

One of my favorite things in TNM is the wrestler heat and trying to get guys over and such.  Anyone have any type of scale for the charisma ratings?  I would put someone like Steve Austin or The Rock at 100...maybe a guy like Benoit at 70?  

Oliver, do you have any type of scale for the charisma ratings?  In comparison to Austin, Benoit probably would be more like 50, but that seems like it would make it impossible for him to get over.

That's actually a good question. I never really nailed down a charisma scale but from experiences I just conducted, "good" results come at 70 and above.

See, not all my questions are inane babble :)  

Does anyone have anytype of scale they use for wrestler charisma?  I'd be curious to compare results.
