Draws and Streaks

When a wrestler is on a Winning Streak, a draw doesn't add to it does it?  Hmm What I should say is, the Streak, is it a "Winning" Streak or is it a "Lossless/Haven't Lost in" Streak

Ex: This is Hart Foundation's record before a Draw.
[pre]

                                                                                                                     WINS LOSS DRAW STREAK
Hart Foundation                       9:   4:   0:   3

[/pre]

Now this is what the record is after the draw, but should the streak stay at 3 (for 3 wins in a row) or go to 4 (for not losing 4 times in a row)?

                                                                                                                     WINS LOSS DRAW STREAK
Hart Foundation                       9:   4:   1:   3

or
                                                                                                                     WINS LOSS DRAW STREAK
Hart Foundation                       9:   4:   1:   4

I guess I shouldn't stop there either.

What about when you go to Overall Rankings? Do these Rankings include wins in 8 Man or higher Tag Matches? How about Elimination Chambers or Handicap matches? And what about the infamous Battle Royal "TripleThreat and Fatal Fourway Matches" or perhaps even just the regular Triangle and Four Corner matches?? or do the Overall rankings only include:

A - Single Match
B - Tag-Team Match
C - 6-Man Tag Match

And also if a wrestler loses in any of the above matches (A, B, or C) why doesn't their "Streak" in the Overall Rankings go to 0 (Zero)???

"Streak" indicates how many matches a wrestler/team has won in a row. If "Draws End Winning Streaks" is checked, a draw will reset the counter to 0.

The overall ratings are compiled at run-time from the singles, tag and six man tag matches.

Any matches based upon Battle Royals (such as Elimination Chamber matches) or Handicap Matches do not count.

Triangle and Four-Way Matches do.

Ok that helps then.

What about this:

And also if a wrestler loses in any of the above matches (A, B, or C) why doesn't their "Streak" in the Overall Rankings go to 0 (Zero)
and with the ratings not being effected by Battle Royal and Handicap matches, will the "Points" that a wrestler has be effected though by these matches?  I'm guessing obviously yes, but I just want to make sure.

For Example; the number that is highlighted changes right?:
