A suggestion....

For starters, I love the updated TNM-7, It has given my fed a whole new look. One thing I haven't seen yet and I am curious if it is on the list for the future is the battle royals. It highlight's a wrestler coming into the match and eliminations, but what about the start of the rumble? The first two into the ring always soak up the entrance. I notice the sim just starts the match in progress. Am I wrong or is this a possiblilty in the future? I have always just edited and wrote in the info but just curious if I am over looking something.

Thanks a lot for the kind words.

There aren't any entrances for Battle Royals and Royal Rumbles because a) they would take an eternity and b) the subsystem which does the intros has no idea who will start off the Royal Rumble as that decision is up to the match engine.

Speaking of Royal Rumbles...

I'm not sure how the engine works to pick who's coming down next, but I was thinking that, assuming it doesn't already work this way, the engine might look at who's in the ring and their queues, and change the weighting to give more of a chance to the wrestlers in the queues to come down. This way, there'd be a better chance of wrestlers who are feuding to actually be in the ring at the same time and fight each other during the Rumble.

Just a thought :) .

That is a good idea above about the feuding wrestlers.  Also I had a proble with an Elimination chamber (hey it is almost a Rumble).  I forgot to book the match to make sure Mr. X (for a fed I am running) won.  Well I had to continue the match with 'c' and this is the results I got:

Elimination Chamber Match
Mr. X won an 8-man Elimination Chamber Match:
x Undertaker and S. Michaels started out.
x Zach Gowen entered at 0:02:00
x The Big Show entered at 0:04:00
x The Rock entered at 0:06:00
        x Mr. X entered at 0:08:00
x Brock Lesnar entered at 0:10:00
x Zach defeated Undertaker after a twisting moonsault in 0:10:44
x Kurt Angle entered at 0:12:00
x The Rock defeated S. Michaels after a snap mare in 0:18:29
x The Rock defeated Show after the Rock Bottom in 0:19:25
x Lesnar defeated Zach after a powerslam in 0:22:06
x K. Angle defeated The Rock after a gutwrench suplex in 0:23:32
x K. Angle defeated Lesnar after a small package in 0:25:30
        x K. Angle defeated Mr. X after a belly-to-belly suplex in 0:28:24
Rating: *****
(Mr. X won the NWA World Title.)

The first ending fall went to Angle as it says.  That is when I continued and had Mr. X win.  Just thought I would throw this out there.

Thanks for the Info, I will just edit and write in the missing info.

Geno - the Elimination Chamber is a modified Battle Royal. Battle Royals do not recognize the "c" key - if you're unhappy with the finish, please restart the match via "r".

I like the idea of looking at queues but will have to look into implementation details first to see if this can be implemented into the right subsystem.

Technically, it would have to be implemented into the card server subsystem. The generation of the entrance sequence usually is handled by the match engine (which is logical) but it could be extracted from there and added to the server subsystem.

I'll be in touch ;-)
