Moves Selected More Then Once

DominusPosted on 08/06/03 at 08:35:56

I've noticed that alot of the wrestlers (mostly the old ones) have alot of moves selected more then once.  What effect does this have in their matches?  Will they just do the move more often, which makes them very bland...

Like for example I think the Ultimate Warrior most have Clothesline selected atleast 3 times, because obviously he doesn't really do anything else.

The more times a move is selected in their moveset, the more likely they are to do it.

Bingo :-)

Does placement within the movelist matter at all?  i.e. move #2 is more/less likely than move #42?

Are there any other move #'s which matter at all besides #1, which is supposed to be a move than can be done out of the ropes?

It doesn't matter at all and there are no further special meaning. I'll be releasing a style-guide on creating good wrestlers and creating good moves soon BTW.

#1 is supossed to be a move done out of the ropes?  Really?

Yes.

A guide on how to create wrestlers would be really great! I never knew the first move should be done out of the ropes until I read it here a few months ago.

Which reminds me, I still need to update some of my own creations!

Or else...

Or else you might end up with something like this:

X runs into the ropes.
Y hits X with a shooting star press.

See the inherent problem :) ?
