Wrong prices?

I can't seem to get the prices that are being advertised as:
Upgrade Versions - Introductory Prices Valid Thru July 31, 2003  
TNM 7 Second Edition (upgrade from TNM 7 First Edition)

I'm trying to get the dual upgrade but its showing up as $17.95 for paypal and over $20 for ibill when I try to pay.
What's going on?

It was announced four times on the mailing list as well as weeks in advance on the TNM7.COM main page that the price change will take effect on July 15. Heck, it was even posted on rec.sport.pro-wrestling for crying out loud ;)

Reason being that I'll be gone from the 22nd to the 31st.

Sorry that you missed it but it's not like it wasn't publicized in big red letters ;)

Thats what I thought but I just deleted all the mailing list items after I went through them once so I never got to double check. And whenever I checked the website I kept seeing the July 31st date
