can tnm7 be used as a sim for a site like wrassle.net?

Probably. If that site has set statistics, and it sounds like they do, then, sure, there's probably a way to adapt TNM to run it. I already use TNM myself to sim matches for a wrestling game I created years ago and I'm pretty satisfied with how well TNM sims it for me. Basically, if the site is based on "real" professional wrestling, TNM can sim it, since TNM is designed to sim "real" professional wrestling. The hard part, really, would be figuring out how to adapt the stats from that site to TNM's set stats.
