i could add them myself but i have 10 feds going on and it would take to long but if their was a refs section in the database i would

Add all the ones you want in one federation then copy the referee file from that federation's directory to all your others. That way you only enter them all once.  That's how I do it if I start another fed that takes place within the same talent area as my existing ones.
