Ability To Continue (or Restart) Skipped Matches

Last night, I was doing everything (short of booking the matches myself) to get the WWE Title off of Edge.  He just seemed un-freaking-beatable.

So I had the idea to book 4 matches on one card, with the champ against the four top-rated superstars in my circuit.

No-DQ, No-Countout WWE Title Match:
Edge (C) vs Kane

No-DQ, No-Countout WWE Title* Match
Winner of Match 1 vs Big Show

No-DQ, No-Countout WWE Title* Match
Winner of Match 2 vs Triple H

No-DQ, No-Countout WWE Title* Match
Winner of Match 3 vs Rob Van Dam
Unfortunately, in the second match, Kane (The new WWE Champ) fought to a draw against the Big Show (I forgot to turn off time limits). So Triple H won the 3rd match by default and faced RVD without a title on the line.  Now, I did skip all the matches, however, I have the "Immediate Results" option checked, so I'm able to see how a match went before starting (and skipping) the next one.

I think it would be nice if it were possible to restart or continue a match from the "Immediate Results" screen.  Could save a lot of hassle.

Because things didn't go like I wanted, I had to hand the belt back to Edge and reschedule the whole thing.  I'm silly like that.

*I loved that TNM7 knew that I wanted the title on the line in these matches as well.  I thought that it wouldn't.  :D

Never having run into this before, I'd like to wholehearteadly agree with this. Along this same line, I'd also like to see an option where, if the winner of a particular match is scheduled to face someone else later on the card and there is no winner of that match, you can either choose to skip the later match or choose someone as a replacement.

I was running a WWE "supercard" the other night, and was attempting a number-one-contenders match at the very start of the card.  The winner would be in a triple-threat match at the end of the same card for the WWE Title.  Since the first match ended in a draw, it was instead a singles match.  I would have loved the option of picking someone else for the Main Event, or even re-running the first match altogether.
