linking wrestler records

Oliver,

Have you ever looked into the feasibility of creating some way for the program to recognize that 2+ wrestlers in your database are the same person?

Maybe this could be accomplished via a Plugin.  You'd go into the plugin, where you could add/create a record.  I create a record called "Sean Waltman" and link wrestlers with the names "Syxx", "Syxx-Pac", "X-Pac", and "1-2-3 Kid".  Then anytime someone is scheduled to be in a match, manage a match, or to interfere against a wrestler TNM will cross-check with the database.  If it seems multiple instances of the same wrestler in the same match via one of those situations it will prevent it (wont let you schedule the match or gives you a warning before running the match; cancels the interferance).

Is that possible?

It wouldn't help having this as a plugin. It'd have to be programmed into the system.

It would also have to be implemented into the hiring process, scheduling cards (plus interference), no shows, the talent limitation feature and a few other places. It's on the list but not a top priority at the moment.

Thanks!

C'mon, haven't you ever tried a Mick Foley vs Cactus Jack vs Dude Love vs Mankind four corners match?
