Variable match duration

Is it possible to book how long a match should last in advance, without booking the winner? They way I see it, tag-matches and X-man tag matches last much longer than singles matches, which, in a technical point of view makes a lot of sense. From a wrestling point of view, however, it's not good to have a PPV opener between the Bashams and WgTT last for 23 minutes, and the World Title match between Angle and Benoit for 7. So what I want is to either be able to book how long the match should last, or to have different match length (1-10) for each match.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea, but you can in fact choose a match length without choosing a winner.

Here's what you do:

1) Set up the match as normal.
2) Check the "book match" box.
3) When it asks if you just want to pick the winner, say No.
4) Choose a new spot.
5) Select either pinfall or submission.
6) Either pick the move you want to end the match, or simply choose Any to let TNM decide.
7) TNM will ask who you want to execute the spot.  Choose Any.
8) TNM will ask who you want to take the spot.  Choose Any once again.
9) TNM will ask what time you want it to occur at.  Enter the desired time here.
10) Presto.  You've picked the ending time and situation of the match without actually selecting who will win.

Being able to select 1-10 for each match length would be a nice alternative to all of that, though.  It could default to TNM's standard unless you checked a box to change it.

Yeah, I figured out it would be a way, albeit a somewhat complex one. I think I will have to use this method when booking from now on, does give you a little more realism. So if this is do-able within the current confines, it really shouldn't be something of a priority.

I might add that, instead of selecting pinfall or submission, you could also select action. That way, the match would have to go until the time you set, but not necessarily end there. Thus, you set a minimum time without deciding how or when the match ends.
