Plug-in/Plug-Out Idea please read

If you ever have ran more than one circuit at once and would like to know who are ranked the best in your circuits, then I have a plug-in/standalone program idea:

OK, you ask. What the hell am I talking about? You can already get a rankings list.

Well, I'm referring to a plugin that would provide people with the overall rankings of the combined circuits, kind of like what you would see in Pro Wrestling Illustrated. Like a top-10 to 15 tag team list between all your feds based on their win/loss record and their titles and such. Ditto for a top 10 to 15 singles list.

What I would like to know, is if this could be possible?
