the "Doesn't submit" feature.

When checking this box, I'm under the impression that, when Wrestler B goes for a submission hold on Wrestler A, Wrestler A will find a way out, or not submit, when that box is checked.  Is this correct?

I've been heavily editing my wrestlers for a new project  ;D , and I've been testing the Doesn't submit feature out.   But, it's not working like I'd hope.

For example, I ran a match between Ric Flair and Sgt. Slaughter, 2 out of 3 falls, and Slaughter won the last 2 falls using the Cobra Clutch, making Flair submit.  Flair has the Doesn't Submit option checked, so, I'm a little confused as to why.

Both wrestlers have other pinning options, so it's not like the only way they can win is with their respective submission holds.  I ran other matches with wrestlers Doesn't Submit box checked, and they too, would submit from time to time.

It's not really that big of an issue, just trying to replicate more of the territory days, main event type match.

I'm not sure but are they true submissions? As in, Slaughter put Flair in the Clutch but Flair didn't give up but instead his hand was rasied 3 times or the ref asked for a response and then finally didn't get one so he stopped the match. I'm sure someone here knows.

thats correct. the doesn't submit checked will let the person in the hold passout and not submit as in nodding his head yes or tapping out. The person will just not respond and the ref will calll the match

You know, I hadn't thought of that possibility, but both of you are exactly right.

I ran a couple of more matches with Flair and Dusty, and Dusty was pinned by Flair's Figure-Four, instead of submitting.

Thanks for the help!
