I'm starting a 1997 WWF circuit, and I'm looking for the Truth Commission.  I already have Kurrgan and can easily remake Bull Buchanan into Recon, but I can't find anything for The Jackyl or Sniper.  Any help?

Jackyl is Cyrus or Don Callis. No clue on Sniper.

Sniper was Luc Poirier who was mostly a Canadian indy wrestler ...

the forgotten member of the T.C. was Tank, aka Mantaur.

Oh yeah, I've got Mantaur already.  I already knew who Jackyl and Sniper were, but I still can't seem to find them anywhere.

And wasn't their original manager meant to be more or less a spoof on Colonel DeBeers' AWA racist character?
