Hey...

For those of you that post shows on here...it's been a while for me...(something like two years, so a computer ago)...I wrote up my first show of my new fed on Word 2003 and posted it, but the formatting's all jacked up.  Replacing the quotation marks, apostrophes and "..." with jibberish.

How do I get it to not do that? =P

Don't use Word? ;D

Try saving the Word file in .rtf or .txt format (don't remember if you can save Word files as txt, though) and then try the copy and paste.

I tried copy and pasting into Wordpad after that and saving it as a txt file, but it did the same thing when I copy and pasted it here.

Next time I'll just use notepad for everything TNM related...=P

Give this a try next time, remove the space after the first bracket through:

[ pre] your text [ /pre] and it should look like you have it in word.

Excellent...I appreciate that.

just copy and paste from your browser after creating an html tree.  it will save you a LOT of trouble, as long as you don't mind editing the html file in notepad before copying and pasting it.
