I suggest not messing with it.  It's waaaaaaaaaaaaay outdated (i.e. arenas like the Hoosier Dome don't exist anymore) and way inaccurate.  Plus, it hardly, if ever, works with Second Edition.

Still hoping some tech savvy board member makes an update or different version of that plugin. Even just something that randomizes arenas would be nice.
