Dave Sierra is also known as The Cuban Assassin or Fidel Sierra.  He's probably in the database under one of those names.

And if he's not, he should be.  He and Ricky Santana were quite the tag team in Puerto Rico a few years ago.  And Rip Rogers was a star with the Starr Corporation there as well.  All three ended up as enhancement talent quite often on NWA/WCW Saturday Night.
