Problems with Image Wizard

Some of the pictures won't show for some of my tag teams. Anyone else have this problem?

I am having the same problem (see "Further problems with Visualizer" on page 7). I tried deleting the picture allocations in index.dat (as triad4evr suggested)and then re allocated one tag team picture that played up and a new one. They both played up.

Any new suggestions?
