I have a REALLY rough version of Luther that I could send to you later today when I get home.  I don't know how good it is as I just made it for my Smackdown roster.  I basically modified Van Hammer, went to Obsessed with Wrestling for his stats and then changed his finisher.  If you want it email me at giantt@yahoo.com
