I don't know if it's possible to simulate Teddy Hart.  The program doesn't presently support stealing other people's signiture moves and claiming you invented them, doing unplanned moonsaults off of cages until you throw up, or anything of that nature.  So the closest you'd come would be a high flyer with above average workrate, and that's just not the same!
