Legendary Wrestlers Wanted.

Tom_ServoPosted on 06/30/03 at 07:20:16

I am looking for someone willing to make ( or has made ) at least fairly accurate exports of these legendary Wrestlers.  If I knew anything about wrestling moves I would make these myself. With my knowledge of holds though I would have probably have Gorilla Monsoon doing a top-rope hurricanrana :)
All of the wrestlers listed are past champions of major North American federations except for Bobby Heenan, Lou Albano and Stu Hart. Some of these may already be in TNM7, if so I apologize for not noticing!
I know there are exports for some of these in the downloads section but they are pretty inaccurate.
The first four are wrestlers I watched in person in the old Mid-South region. All were faces except the evil Akbar. The rest are WWWF/WWF or NWA. I threw in Abe Lincoln because he was actually a great wrestler before politics. I think it would be fun to see "Araham Lincoln drives Triple H through the table...Lincoln signals for the "Gettysburg Distress..."  :D
I feel the only thing needed to make TNM absolutely perfect with the SE now available is more 60's,70's & 80's wrestlers.

Sorry, I can't help on these exports, but I had to comment on the Abe Lincoln thing. That was classic man.   ;D

Yes, Good old Abe. Only devoted historians like me remember that he used that move to beat Stephen Douglas in the blow-off to their 1858 debate feud ;)

I'm going to use the new clone tool in TNMSE to make some of these. I will just need to alter some moves and attributes. They should be realistic enough for my purposes. I will still accept any help though :)

Last night I sat down and did my best to create Frank Gotch and Red Bastion. Gotch was tough since there are no tapes of him to watch, and most of his moves are not really in tnm, so it took me several hours to get him as close as possible. Bastien was pretty easy, as I have lots of info on him.
