Not really an e-fed per se...

americamamushiPosted on 11/05/05 at 05:20:32

It's not wrestling, but it's e-fedish.  I'm not into boxing (except for in games) but I found this

http://www.vivi.com/webl/home.html

it's a free browser based boxing game.  If it interests anyone I've made a private region anyone is welcome to join

Private Region Name: Bare Knuckles Boxing Circuit
Private Region Password: slugfest

It uses the Bare Knuckle boxing rules

hmm... I wonder if my boxers from about 4 years ago are still in "retirement" on there?

edit:  Yes they are, but it will not let you move them to a "private" competition.  Bah.  So instead of seeing Shuck N. Jive and Chief Watchamyhandinyaface, you get a couple of new guys like Punch Drunk Pete Peterson.  :)

Good luck

Hmm.. Having trouble creating a fighter.

It says the total should equal 60 before creating. So I input values to create a 60 point boxer. I click "Create Fighter" and it says the Total Ability must equal 70. So I change it to 70 and it says it must be 60.

What's the deal?

Odd indeed.  I guess I'd just check to make sure that "Join Private" region is still selected.  If it is then I dunno what to tell you. :(  It's never given me that problem.

all I know is I'm gonna own you all!  :)

Good luck over there.  I actually just reactivated my entire gym in USA Central under a different screen name, that's been dormant for almost 2 years.  I blame you for all this Chris.  :)  Actually, webl is a pretty fun sim.  At one time, I had something like 4 title matches in 4 weeks with the same fighter, but could never quite grasp the brass ring to take it to the next level.
americamamushiPosted on 11/08/05 at 06:00:09

Hopefully we can get enough people in it to make it worth while at some point.  I ended up making 3 gyms in the region (in addition to my single public gym) just to help pad things a little. :)

I blame you for all this Chris.
As well you should Rick... as well you should. ;)

Dragging up an old thread since I've never really looked in the efed forum...

Holy shit, my account from six years ago is apparently still active, although the login page is giving me shit right now. They did however send my info to my yahoo address. CRAZY.

You bastard!  I was reading the first couple of messages, thinking "oooh, this'll be fun" w/o checking the dates...then, I see your damned post!   ;)

Anyway, I wonder if any of them are still doing this?  I doubt it, though.
