Starting an E-FED(All read please)

I ran a email based fed a long time back, I'd like to start one again. Last time I always had results sent on time but we didn't have many people in it and not to many good RP'ers either. If anyone would be interested in making a site or joining the fed let me know and we can work out how we will set it up.
I really look forward to making this work, I just need some people to help us get started.

WOO HOO finally another email based fed.  is it gonna be created people or real people?  hope its created people, makes it more fun for me

Mediocre? You gotta be kidding me Pulsar.. you were way ahead of mediocre in the umbrellas anyway..  ;)
