3CW Anniversary 09 9-19-09

JustinPossiblePosted on 04/29/09 at 04:03:00

The show opens much the same way as previous months, as Shane Douglas leads Creative Control to the ring. Douglas, Bryan Clark, Matt Striker, & 3CW Champion: Mr. Kennedy are joined this time by Trent Acid. Douglas taks about how last month, not even the great Rob Van Dam could stop Creative Control from reigning supreme over 3CW. And now, Douglas continued, it was time to expand "the family". He then turned to Trent Acid & told him that tonight was his chance to prove himself as a true up & coming star by teaming with Matt Striker & bringing home the 3CW Tag Team Title. Striker steps up & shakes hands with his new partner. Douglas turns to Clark & tells him that later tonight he gets his chance to finish what he started last month & put CM Punk out once & for all. Clark swears that he has what it takes to get the job done. Then Douglas looks to 3CW Champion: Mr. Kennedy. He tells Kennedy that he shouldn't let the fans get to him tonight when he faces Christian Cage. Douglas says he knows that the fans are unhappy with Cage since he cost "their favorite" the title last month & he knows how fickle the fans can be and he remonds Kennedy not to trust them as they will turn on him just as soon as the match is over. Kennedy agrees to do whatever it takes to win & swears that nothing will destract him from successfully defending his title. Douglas then made mention of his own match scheduled later on against Justin Credible. He said that this won't be the first time that the 2 have faced off, but, tonight it will be the last. And "The Franchise" will be the one with his hand raised in victory. Douglas gave an maniacle laugh & lead his group to the back.
