lazy duckPosted on 03/15/09 at 09:21:57

Hey everyone long time no post. I've been real busy with school and trying to get ready for Law School. I've tried many, many, circuits and most of them failed but one that was fun and seemed over was my WWF 88 circuit. I enjoyed doing it so I decided to try and continue it. I have a couple of cards booked but never ran them so I will in the next few days. I'm going to repost the recap and then the last WWF 88' card to catch everyone up then on to a new card. The Saturday Night Main Event logo comes up then a pan of the sold out crowd. We hear the voice of Vince McMahon.

VM: Greetings everyone and welcome to Saturday Night Main Event! Thank you for joining us for the next hour we will bring you nonstop action that will answer some questions and raise many more. I'm Vince McMahon and with me the "Body" Jesse Ventura and Jess were just 22 days from Wrestlemania IV and a couple of the matches tonight are previews of what we have in store in Atlantic City.

JV: That's right Vince, one in particular is the Valentine vs. Beefcake. Beefcake won the hair match at the Royal Rumble but it was Valentine who shaved Beefcake. At Wrestlemania, these two will battle in a submission match but you have to believe Beefcake has got to be thinking of shaving Valentine bold tonight.

VM: Another match that has people buzzing is Jake Roberts taking on "Ravishing" Rick Rude.

JV: One thing you don't do Vinny is kiss another man's wife and a couple of weeks ago Rude did just that. If you ask me Cheryl Roberts liked it and if Robert's don't get the job done tonight, she's gona' be in for another "Rude Awakening" .

VM: Let's not forget about the main event, Hulk Hogan locking up with one "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase.

JV: Once again Hogan has stuck his nose in someone else's business and tonight DiBiase planes to break that nose and make sure Hogan is in no condition to face the Giant at Wrestlemania IV.

VM: Tonight will hear from Ricky Steamboat as he talks about why he interfered in the Junk Yard Dog's match against the Honky Tonk Man so don't go anywhere will be back after these commercials.

VM: Welcome back joining us here in the booth the Dragon Ricky Steamboat.

RS: Nice to be here.

VM: Ok now why did you interfere in the Intercontinental title match a few weeks back that cost The Honky Tonk Man his title?

RS: Its like this, every time me and the Honky Tonk Man went at it he always found some cheap way of winning the match or weaseling out of a title shot. I figured with the Honky Tonk man no longer the champion I can finally face someone who will give me a true shot at becoming the Intercontinental champion.

JV: That's all fine and dandy Steamboat but here is what it looks like to me, you scared that you will once again lose your title shot at Wrestlemania felt you had a better chance of beating the Junk Yard Dog then the Honky Tonk Man.

RS: That's not true. I have nothing but respect for my friend JYD. He deserves to be the champ.

VM: At Wrestlemania IV you will be in a 3 way with the JYD and Honky Tonk Man for the Intercontinental title, what will you do if it comes down to you and JYD.?

RS: I will do what I always do give it all I got and the best man wins.

VM: Were out of time, thank you for joining us and when we return Dick Rude takes on the Snake Jake Roberts.

**COMMERCIAL**

VM Were back and almost set for our next match.

JV: Were you buying that crap Steamboat was selling? He's scared Vince nothing more. I one hoes the JYD smack him with that belt and takes him out early.
