Post WrestleClash IV Newsbits(There will be spoilers. You have been warned!)

After WrestleClash IV, Ron Waterman and the New Age Wrestling Alliance have parted ways, with Waterman citing burnout with wrestling. It explains why Stylish retained the NAWA World Title and in the vicious way he did, with five Las Vegas Traumas. Stylish will be credited with putting Waterman on the shelf. A planned Waterman/Samoa Joe series of house show matches and potential match at the End of Days has been shelved.

Harry Harris was backstage at WrestleClash IV, saying to be very optimistic. He is still in a neckbrace, but he hopes to make a return in early 2006. His knees are banged up already and now with this neck injury, you just wonder how much Harry Harris has left in the tank. Some people backstage fear that we might have another Dynamite Kid situation on our hands in this business, with someone who doesn't just want to give up his chosen profession despite being banged up badly.

Harry Harris and Miles Stylish have been said to have patched up their differences backstage. There have been some real life Bret Hart/Shawn Michaels heat between the two men over the past couple of years but it looks like that's water under the bridge now. Stylish has said that he looks forward to finally having the blowoff match with Harry Harris for their feud that has been delayed twice now(the original planned main event for WrestleClash IV was going to be Harry Harris facing off against Miles Stylish one more time, with Harris finally beating Stylish to regain the NAWA World Championship that Stylish would have beaten Harris for at Wildfire in a Sixty Minute Iron Man Match)

The Archangels of Anarchy, Armageddon and Destruction, have had heat backstage, with blowing spots and being lazy on house shows. The fact was that they were originally brought in to be minions of Christopher Daniels, during his feud with Raven, but stayed on due to the NAWA needing another heel tag team. Now both Alex Shelley and Austin Aries and the Rottweilers(although the Rotts are more tweeners than anything), have elipsed the Archangels on the heel team pecking order and after WrestleClash IV, Sederick Skyhawk and Rhino might have done so as well. Still the Archangels are supposed to be Team 3D's opponents on their first house show program so they will be kept around for that purpose.

Sacrifice, formerally of the Archangels of Anarchy, has retired, his torn biceps just weren't healing right. He was brought in as an inevitable monster heel challenger for Harry Harris and the NAWA World Championship to begin with but that never panned out. He won a bunch of squashes and had one semi high profile match with Ron Waterman, where hs suffered the injury in question.

Devlopemental competitors of note, Dale Massive, a young man with a good look and some potentional, but is very green and needs some seasoning before he is ready to call up to the big leagues. The Texas Mavericks of Zebekiah Roth and Dustin Williams have been good to go for some time, but it's just a matter of finding them the right roster spot. Christian Hollow and Percival Icronis were formerally Sederick Skyhawk's cronies in MWCW, but have attitude issues and were replaced by Diamond and Anderson instead when Sederick Skyhawk Productions were formed. Dominic Santiago is a fun little high flyer that is a bit spotty but would make a tight fit in the Cruiserweight division if he is ever called up. Then we have a crop of silly gimmicks in the same vain as the Backyard Dudes and the French Revolution, that are fun little opening match time killers. Like Ivan Jerkov, the Russian Porn Star, Postal Offense, the crazed mailman, and Tyco Thompson, the evil toy excutive who sells defective toys to children so they have to buy replacements and make more money. Well, we all can't be Harry Harris, Miles Stylish, or Sederick Skyhawk.

NAWA has their eye on some talent that has recently been released from the competition, including a certain cruiserweight who has competed in the company in the past. Also UJW wrestlers Takeshi Morishima and KENTA may be coming in for an American tour in the fall/winter.

That's it for the news. See you for the Season Five Premier of Glory.
